Meet Tumukunde Lyth, a dedicated volunteer field officer for Vegan Village Society. Lyth is also a primary school headteacher at a government-aided school. Despite his demanding role in education, he finds time to actively contribute to our work on the ground. Recently, Lyth faced a significant challenge—he lacked reliable transportation to balance his school responsibilities and project commitments. Thanks to the generosity of one of our friends from Germany, we were able to provide him with a motorcycle. This has greatly improved his ability to manage both roles effectively, and he is now balancing his duties with renewed enthusiasm. In addition to Lyth, we have two other field coordinators working in different areas of operation. Providing them with motorcycles would greatly enhance their ability to monitor and execute Vegan Village Society projects efficiently, helping us achieve our mission. Lyth’s motorcycle was a donation, and we are deeply grateful for the support. We believe there are many more people who could follow this example and help us secure motorcycles for the other field coordinators. If you would like to support this cause, please visit our website at veganug.org and make a donation. Rest assured, your contribution will be used responsibly for the right cause.
